SUBMISSION OPENS: NOW
SUBMISSION CLOSES: 8th OCTOBER FOR PLATINUM, 5th DECEMBER FOR GOLD AND SILVER, 4th MARCH FOR STARTUP

Want to showcase your product, service or solution to a room full of Apple admins, IT leads and technical decision-makers? MacAD.UK is the UK’s only event dedicated to the Apple admin community, and we’re now inviting expressions of interest from potential exhibitors for our 2026 event. We’re not about endless booths or badge scanning. Our exhibitor space is integrated into the event, giving you the chance to meet people in a relaxed, engaging environment where real conversations happen. Whether you're a global leader, growing brand or ambitious startup, we’d love to hear from you.

Who should apply?

We’re looking for companies and developers with relevant tools, services or hardware that help Apple admins do their jobs better, whether it’s deployment, device management, identity, security, networking, support or something we haven’t seen yet.

Send an email to macad@macad.uk and include:

  • Your company name and contact details.

  • A brief overview of your organisation.

  • Why it’s relevant to the Mac admin community.

  • Whether you're interested in Gold, Silver, or Startup exhibitor options.

All submissions will be reviewed by the MacAD.UK 2026 team, and we’ll be in touch to discuss options and next steps. Remember, we’re happy to work with you to design a package that works for you!

MAF Expands Charles Edge Speaker Grant to MacAD.UK 2026

SUBMISSION OPENS: CLOSED
SUBMISSION CLOSES: 15th JANUARY 2026 (midnight GMT)

TALK LENGTH: MAX 35 MINS (Including Q&A)

The Mac Admins Foundation is thrilled to open applications for the next round of the Charles S. Edge Jr. New Speakers Grant, designed to support and uplift first-time speakers, encourage new voices, and enrich the diversity of our community. For the first time, the grant will support travel overseas for the MacAD.UK conference in Brighton, England!

Whether you already submitted your talk, have a proposal ready to submit, or just have a spark of an idea, we want to hear from you. This grant is built to help you share your experience and expertise, even if you’re not yet confident with writing or submitting a full proposal.

What the Grant covers

  • A $2,500 USD grant to cover travel, lodging, and conference-related expenses

  • Conference registration for MacAD.UK 2026

  • One-on-one mentorship and guidance to help shape, refine, and prepare your talk, whether it’s already drafted or still just an idea.

Who should apply
This grant is for first-time speakers (or aspiring speakers) who are new to presenting at a professional technical conference, whether they:

  • Have already submitted a full talk to the conference, or

  • Have a fully written proposal but haven’t submitted yet, or

  • Have an idea and would appreciate help turning it into a full proposal.

We especially encourage applicants from backgrounds or communities underrepresented in the Mac Admin space!

How to apply

  1. Complete the application form by 15 January, 2026.

  2. That’s it!

Why MAF are doing this
Many talented Mac admins have insights worth sharing — but may feel hesitant because of financial constraints, lack of previous speaking experience, or uncertainty about polishing a proposal. This grant is meant to remove those barriers, help new voices be heard, and grow a richer, more inclusive conference.

Whether you’re ready to go or still shaping your idea, we’d love for you to apply!

How to submit your demo stage talk slot

demo_stage24.jpg

SUBMISSION OPENS: CLOSED
SUBMISSION CLOSES: 16th JANUARY 2026 (midnight GMT)

TALK LENGTH: MAX 35 MINS (Including Q&A)

Got something practical to show the Mac admin community? Our demo stage is all about tools, workflows and hands-on solutions. Whether you’ve built something in-house, discovered a smarter way to use existing tools, or want to showcase a technical process in action, this is your space to share it. These focused sessions give attendees a chance to see real setups, scripts, workflows or solutions in action – with room for questions and practical takeaways. During submission, you’ll be asked to send over a PDF of your proposal (around 400–500 words) and answer a few short questions about your session.

Your proposal should include:

  • Presenter’s name and organisation.

  • Any co-presenters or contributors, if relevant.

  • A title and abstract (for the agenda).

  • A summary of what you’ll be demoing – including what tools are involved, who it’s for, and what the audience will learn.

All demo proposals will be reviewed by the MacAD.UK 2026 content team. We’ll let you know the outcome of your submission in early Feb 2026.

What’s in it for speakers?

If your session is accepted, you’ll receive:

  • A free pass to attend the full MacAD.UK 2026 event (21st–22nd April).

  • An invite to our speaker networking event on 20th April if you’re arriving early.

  • A MacAD.UK welcome gift, plus duck swag (obviously).

  • Access to our discounted rates at local hotels to help you stay nearby at the best rate.
