As standard, we do not share attendee contact details with exhibitors.

However, if your badge is scanned by an exhibitor at the event, you are giving permission for that exhibitor to contact you after the event. This includes any follow-up communications about their products or services. If you do not wish to be contacted, you should not allow your badge to be scanned. Please contact the exhibitors directly to understand how they will use your data.

Event photography

​

Photography and/or filming of crowds and groups takes place at our event to be used by Jigsaw24, MacAD.UK and/or exhibitors for publicity purposes. When you purchase a ticket and/or enter the event you consent to possibly being photographed/filmed and for those images to be used in possible future material in accordance with the event. Please collect a sticker upon entry to the event if you do not wish to be photographed/filmed. If we take a photo or film you as an individual we will always ask for your consent to publish at the point of it being taken.
