We have a number of options available on a first come, first served basis. All tickets, unless otherwise stated, include access to both days of the MacAD.UK agenda plus the social on the evening of 21st April.

Ticketing FAQs
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Yes, full refunds are available until Friday 6th March 2026. After that, we’re unable to offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend at no extra charge. Just email us at macad@macad.uk with their details.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely. You can transfer your ticket to another person up until 24 hours before the event. Just drop an email to macad@macad.uk with the new attendee’s name, job title and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is VAT included in the ticket price?
No, ticket prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate (20%) will be added at checkout and shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, however these aren’t automatically sent out as part of the order process. If you need one issued or updated, just get in touch at macadbilling@jigsaw24.com.
Can I pay without a credit card?
Yes. If you can’t pay by card (for example, if your organisation requires invoicing or bank transfer), just email us at macadbilling@jigsaw24.com and we’ll sort out an alternative payment method for you.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope. Following purchase you will have access to the event in the Whova event app. Here you will have access to a QR code for event entry.
What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket gives you access to all main stage talks, demo sessions, the exhibitor area, refreshments throughout the event, and lunch both days. You’ll also get access to the social on the 21st April and some classic MacAD.UK swag - ducks included.
I’m travelling from abroad. Can you help with visa letters?
Yes, we’re happy to provide a letter of invitation if you need one to support your visa application. A template is available on the ‘Why attend’ page here but if you need something more custom, please email macad@macad.uk.

Are there discounts for group bookings?
We offer discounted rates for groups of four or more from the same organisation. Please contact us directly before booking to arrange this.
Can you arrange a hotel on my behalf?
Unfortunately not. We are more than happy to provide a list of hotels in the local area that are easily accessible for the venue, you can find our recommendations here, but due to the number of attendees at MacAD.UK we are unable to arrange hotel booking.
