Ascension Cider
Based in an orchard in North Sussex, Ascension Cider produces a range of ciders and fruit based drinks using apples that supermarkets reject for being the wrong size, shape or colour.
By rescuing this fruit and turning it into something special, the team creates drinks that are both sustainable and full of character. Their ciders are made without refined sugars or added acids, allowing the natural flavour of the fruit to take centre stage.
The result is a range of refreshing, naturally delicious drinks that celebrate great ingredients while helping reduce food waste.
Brighton i360
If you are sticking around after the conference and fancy something a bit special, we really recommend a trip on Brighton i360. It is one of Brighton’s most recognisable landmarks and a great way to properly switch off once the sessions are done. You step into a glass observation pod that gently lifts you 138 metres above the beach, giving you uninterrupted 360 degree views across the city, the South Downs, and the Sussex coastline.
It is surprisingly calm up there and a perfect excuse to slow things down, take a few photos, and enjoy the view. The Sky Bar serves English sparkling wine and local spirits, which makes it an easy choice for a relaxed post conference drink with friends or colleagues. Back at ground level, there is also a laid back beach bar and cafe if heights are not your thing. If you want a memorable Brighton moment after MacAD.UK, this one is well worth your time.
Brighton Spirits Company
Brighton Spirits Company was founded in 2012 by Kathy Caton and captures the spirit of Brighton itself: independent, creative and a little unconventional. From Brighton and Hove’s first legal distillery, the team produces the award winning Brighton Gin along with a range of related products, all made just a pebble’s throw from the beach.
Every bottle of Brighton Gin is made by hand by a small team of friends and family, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and ethical production. The gin is crafted using 100 percent organic wheat spirit, bottled in UK made glass with at least 52 percent recycled content, and even delivered locally by e cargo bike.
Brighton Spirits Company is on a mission to take the Spirit of Brighton to the world, building a global drinks brand rooted in quality, community and responsible production.

JustDucks
One of the exhibitors we are genuinely excited to have with us is JustDucks. If you appreciate small things done brilliantly, they are well worth a visit. This UK based rubber duck specialist creates everything from quirky, ready made designs to fully bespoke ducks that are packed with character and detail.
Their online range alone is a joy to browse, with hundreds of collectable ducks you simply will not find anywhere else. But where JustDucks really stands out is custom work. They collaborate with organisations and creative teams to turn ideas into ducks using detailed design, CAD modelling, and bespoke moulds, going far beyond sticking a logo on a standard shape.
