What is MacAD.UK?
Ten years on, MacAD.UK is still built around the same idea: bringing the UK's Apple IT community together to learn from one another. What started as a community event has grown into the UK's leading conference for Mac Admins, giving IT professionals the chance to hear real deployment stories, discover the latest Apple management tools, meet the people behind the platforms they use every day, and share ideas with peers facing the same challenges.
To celebrate our 10th instalment, we're returning to the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole. Right on Brighton's seafront, it's the ideal backdrop for a day of expert sessions, hands on technology, conversations with leading vendors, and plenty of opportunities to build new connections. Whether you're responsible for ten Macs or ten thousand, you'll leave with practical ideas you can put into action as soon as you're back at your desk.
Join us in Brighton as we celebrate ten years of the MacAD.UK community. Read more.

Learn from your peers
The best insights come from people doing the job every day. At MacAD.UK, you'll hear honest stories from Mac Admins and technical experts who've tackled the same challenges you're facing. From Apple device management and security to automation and identity, every session is designed to share practical experience, not theory, giving you ideas you can take straight back to your own environment.
More than a tech conference
MacAD.UK is built around its community. It's a place to ask questions, exchange ideas, and connect with people who understand the realities of managing Apple at work. Whether you're catching up with familiar faces or meeting someone new, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, meaningful conversations, and a shared passion for making Apple technology work better for everyone.

Your first MacAD.UK?
Everyone is welcome at MacAD.UK. Whether you're attending for the first time or returning for another year, you'll find a friendly community that's always happy to share knowledge and make new connections. With a packed agenda, plenty of networking opportunities, and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day, it's easy to get involved and make the most of your experience from the moment you arrive.
What's with all the ducks?
If you're wondering why MacAD.UK has a rubber duck mascot, there's a good reason. In software development, "rubber duck debugging" is the practice of talking through a problem with a rubber duck, with the simple act of explaining it often leading you to the solution.
That spirit of sharing knowledge and solving problems together is exactly what MacAD.UK is all about. Add in the fact that the event is often pronounced "Mac-A-Duck", and the rubber duck became the perfect mascot. Today, it wouldn't be MacAD.UK without them.

Organised by
MacAD.UK is proudly hosted by Jigsaw24, one of the UK's leading Apple specialists. For over 30 years, we've helped organisations deploy, manage and support Apple technology at scale, working with businesses, education and the public sector across the UK.
MacAD.UK isn't about selling. It's our way of giving back to the Apple IT community by creating a space where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and build lasting connections.
